HOUSE BILL NO. 316 by the House Rules Committee by request of                  
the Deferred Maintenance Task Force, entitled:                                 
                                                                               
"An Act authorizing projects of the Public Facilities Financing               
Corporation and the amount of the cost of the projects that may be             
borne by the Public Facilities Financing Corporation; and
